  • Private Training sessions are all about you: Move, look, and feel your best. We are committed to developing fun and engaging sessions designed specifically for you. We have a full complement of Pilates, personal training and cardio equipment. All sessions are 50 min.

  • Semi-Private sessions are for two students. Friends, family or partners with similar goals that would like to work out together. It can be a cost effective way for you both to enjoy the benefits of a private session. Semi-private lessons are 50 min.

  • Whether you are a serious athlete or preparing for a mountain hike on your next vacation, we can help you reach your goals. We are experts at designing focused programs for your sport that will help you succeed.

    EQUESTRIANS

    Deep core stability, good posture, and flexibility are essential to be an effective rider. You’ll harmonize with your horse through improved postural symmetry, a deeper seat, and diaphragmatic breathing that helps you focus rhythmically.

    GOLFERS

    Knowing the correct technique around stance, grip, and shoulder-to-hip rotation won’t send the ball to the green if you lack flexibility, stability in your shoulder girdle, and strength in the core, legs, and arms. Golf-specific training will give you the control, precision, and postural stability to improve your swing.

    RACQUET SPORTS

    Get your game moving forward by improving your lateral movement and hitting more winners. You strengthen your shoulders, get more back extension for your serve, and build core strength to power strokes.

  • Through Pilates you can expect to see significant improvements in your posture, core strength, and overall back health. Pilates improves balance, stability, flexibility, and alignment, all of which are critical components of functional fitness and effective walking. Good posture reduces stress on your muscles and ligaments, which can reduce muscle pain, joint stress, and risk of injury. All sessions ar 50 min.

  • Exercise is importance during pregnancy and after child birth. We offer specialized prenatal and postnatal Pilates instruction to stay healthy and strong during and after this transformative time. Sessions are 50 min in duration.

  • Personal Training with an emphasis on form, and function we are a body-positive, no-ego studio. Like our Pilates private sessions we offer tailored personal training programs designed to deliver results specific to your goals. Whether that’s strength training, cardiovascular fitness, a calorie burn, or injury prevention we are here to help you on your fitness journey. All sessions are 50 minutes.
